With Vagaro's Data Lake feature, you can retrieve your data—like appointment reports, payroll, and gross sales data—to Tableau. You can use Vagaro's Accelerator dashboard, which comes with pre-built reports, to connect your data with Tableau, or you can manually connect your data and create reports from scratch. Vagaro's Tableau Accelerator is a pre-build dashboard that you can use to quickly connect your data.
Important
It may take several hours for your data to fully load into Tableau after the initial connection.
Vagaro's Data Lake Feature: $40 a month. Extra $10 a month for each additional location (within Vagaro's Multi-Location Feature).
Tableau Desktop: Tableau Desktop is required to use Vagaro's Accelerator dashboard (requires Tableau Creator license).
Tableau License Required: You will need a Tableau license to sync your data.
-
A Tableau Creator license is required to use Vagaro's Accelerator dashboard.
-
If you want to manually connect your data and build reports from scratch, you can use the Tableau Explorer license.

Go to Tableau Exchange.
-
In the search box at the top of the screen, enter Vagaro.
-
Select Vagaro's Accelerator.
