With the MySite multi-location feature, build an all-in-one website for all locations within an organization that dynamically changes based on the location selected. Instead of needing to create an individualized website for each location, use the Locations component to display a list of locations on one MySite. A customer can select one of these locations to view and book with that location, and the system will automatically update the MySite, like business location, logo, service menu, etc., based on the location the customer selects.
Enabling multi-location for MySite will incur an additional charge every month based on the number of locations selected:

Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro MySite and the Multi-Location feature set up.
To set up the MySite multi-location feature:
-
Go to the MySite editor by selecting the MySite tab at the top of the screen.
-
In the left design panel, select the Settings tab.
-
Select Multi-Location.
-
In the Select Locations list, choose the locations to be added to the MySite.
Note
A unique URL for each location is shown. This URL is a variation of the free domain provided by Vagaro (mysite.vagaro.com/businessname) or custom domain. This variation, by default, will add the state or province, city name, and street name and number to the URL.
-
Optionally, change the street name and number to each location's business name by selecting the Pen button, selecting Business Name in the URL Type list, then select Save.
-
Select Save.
Adding the Locations component allows customers to select the location they want to view.
To add the component to a site:
-
Go to the MySite editor by selecting the MySite tab at the top of the screen.
-
Optionally, create a new web page to host the Locations component or add it to an existing page, like the home page.
-
Select the Component tab, then select the Locations component and drop into onto the page.
-
Select the Locations component on the page to customize its settings:
-
Size: Adjust the Width and Height of a component.
-
Default View: Switch between a list or map of all locations.
-
Logo: Show or hide the logo of each location
-
On Click Direct To: Choose what page the customer is directed to after choosing a location.
Note
Only the Home page and pages with Duplicate for All Pages enabled will be displayed in this list.
-
Display Locations By: Choose whether to display each location by Business Name or Address.
-
Panel Radius: Customize the roundness of each location's card.
-
-
Preview and publish the changes:
-
To Preview: In the top-right corner, open the Publish menu, then select Preview.
-
To Publish: In the same Publish menu, select Publish.
-
By default, all Vagaro components will sync with the business that the MySite was created from. However, to allow each component to change with the location selected, the page needs to be duplicated in order to show location-specific information, such as the service menu. When a customer chooses a location, any components in a duplicated page will automatically sync over.
Duplicating a page for all locations will also remove it from the top navigation bar. This means that customers will not have access to this page unless linked on the website.
Important
Any pages not duplicated should have all business-specific information removed from them because this will still sync over information from the business that the MySite was created from.
To duplicate a page for multiple locations:
-
Go to the MySite editor by selecting the MySite tab at the top of the screen.
-
In the left design panel, select the Pages tab.
-
Hover over the page, then select the Gear button.
-
Toggle Duplicate for All Locations on.
Note
Toggling this setting will also enable Hide Page From Menu setting, meaning that this page will no longer be displayed in the menu bar at the top of the website. However, you can still link to this page with a button, clickable image, etc.
-
Select Save.
