You should make sure that all of your bookings are properly closed so that your employees are paid for their services rendered and on time at the end of each payroll cycle. The Missed Checkouts/Check-ins report identifies appointments, their service providers, prices, customers not checked out during a selected date range, and the total amount of money not reported in your sales reports.
For multi-location businesses, the report will also display which location this appointment/class was scheduled at if you selected more than one location. Checking out an appointment at another business will automatically transfer you to that location.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
The report includes the following columns:
-
Appointment Date: The date and time of the appointment or class session.
-
Item: The name of the service or class.
-
Employee: The employee assigned to that appointment or class session.
-
Customer: The customer assigned to that appointment or class session.
-
Price: The amount that hasn't been collected by the customer. The total revenue lost is shown at the bottom of the column.
-
Business: The business this appointment or class session is scheduled for.
On a phone, the Missed Checkouts/Check-ins report shows each incomplete appointment as a card.
