If a customer forgets their Vagaro password, they will have to select Forgot Password on the login screen. You also can send them an email with their login info or give them a temporary password.
Important
For your customer's security, you cannot view their login details if they have logged into their Vagaro account before or already booked or purchased something at another Vagaro business.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To email or find a customer's login information:

At the bottom of the screen, select Customers.

Select the customer's profile.

Scroll down to the bottom of the profile, then select how the customer will change their password.

Select Email Login Info, then select OK to confirm.

Look at the Temp. Password field, then either tell the customer the password.

To email or change a customer's login information:

In the top menu, select Customers.

On the customer's Profile tab, in the bottom-right corner of the screen, select how the customer will change their password.

In the Send Login Info box, select Send Login Info, then select Send Login Info in the confirmation popup.

In the Temporary Login box, you can tell your customer their temporary login information.

In the Temporary Login box, select Edit to enter a new User Name and Password, then select Save.
