To reset your password so you can log into your Vagaro account, follow the steps below when using the Mobile Version or Desktop Version.
*If you still can't get into the account, send an email to support@vagaro.com and one of our support engineers can send a Password Reset Request to your email on file. Put "Password Reset" in the subject line so that the email gets to the team faster.
Mobile Version
1. Tap Forgot Password once you log in.
2. Enter the email address. Then tap Submit.
3. Log into the email that the password request was sent to. Find an email that states, "Password Reset." Then tap the Click Here link to change your password.
4. Enter the new password and confirm the password.
5. Tap Submit.

You will receive this email once the request is sent. Tap Reset Password to get started.
Desktop Version
1. Go to https://www.vagaro.com.
2. Click Login at the top of the screen.
3. Click Forgot your password?
4. Enter your email address. Then click Send.
5. Log into the email the password request was sent to. Find an email that states, "Password Reset." Then select the Click Here link.
6. Enter the new password in the Password box. Reenter the password in the Confirm Password box. Then click Submit when you are finished.

You will receive this email once the request is sent. Click Reset Password to get started.

What if you forget your security question?! There should be an email/text reset option
