When it's ready, they'll send it to you so you can provide any feedback or suggestions. If you already have a website, a designer can rebuild your design in MySite. The price to hire a designer is a one-time fee and does not include the base MySite subscription.

Because every MySite is unique, it is not possible to provide a single timeframe that applies to all projects. Completion estimates vary based on the scope and complexity of each site and can only be determined by the assigned designer. When available, timing estimates are shared directly with the business through the order ticket at the designer’s discretion.
The only guaranteed timeframe is for the first proof. Businesses can expect to receive their initial proof within 14 days of completing the purchase questionnaire and submitting any required content, if applicable.

The base-level Custom MySite project includes only Vagaro content, which is the information managed directly through a business’s Vagaro account. This includes items such as services, classes, memberships, packages, gift certificates, business contact information, business descriptions, and the venue gallery.
If a business wants to include additional information, custom text, or photos on their MySite, that content must be provided before work on the first draft begins.
A business may use its included first round of revisions at any time. If the first revision round has already been used, additional revision rounds are available for $50 per round. The additional revision fee does not include adding new pages or creating new content. Requests that require additional pages or content development will incur the applicable design fees in addition to the revision fee.
While the design team can reference an existing website design in creating your MySite, only the pages containing Vagaro content will be replicated in MySite. Any additional pages will require the same $50/page add on fee.
It's also important to note that because MySite is a separate platform with different capabilities than other third-party website builders, the final result may not be an exact one-to-one copy.
No. Vagaro’s website templates and tools are built with accessibility best practices in mind, and we aim to support recognized standards (such as the WCAG guidelines) when we design and publish sites. That said, whether a specific website is “ADA compliant” can depend on a number of factors outside of the underlying platform—such as the content and images added to the site, color/contrast choices, third-party plug-ins/widgets, embedded media, custom code, and ongoing updates.

I have a, hopefully, simple question. In trying to set up this new web site, I am having issues in finding simple things as "where do I find text boxes?" or why does it not save when I lighten up the background? It's frustrating! Your tutorials (which I have watched several times) don't show where some of these items are. I have had to stop several times because I just became frustrated!! You need a tutorial that will show how and where items are that we, small business owners, would like to know.
