Import Your Clients' Information – Vagaro Support

If you already have a client list from another Vagaro account or another software, you can transfer over their information, provided you have the authorization of the original business account owner. You can also import your clients' information from an Excel spreadsheet, Google Mail, Outlook Mail, Yahoo Mail, or your mobile device.

Tip

Our Import Team can import your client list directly to your account for you. New Vagaro businesses importing information from another software are eligible for a one-time, free premium import by our Import Team.

Send your exported customer list in a formatted Excel or CSV file to support@vagaro.com.

Important

Once you've imported your information from your previous system, only use Vagaro to manage your business, calendar, and customers; otherwise, your customer information will become out of sync, and you may need to import your customer list again.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

To import your customers' information into Vagaro:

Go to Import Management:
- Phone: Select More → Settings → Import Management.
- Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Settings → Import Management.
Select Import under the method that you want to use to import your contacts, and follow the prompts or instructions on the screen:
