Customers can share their packages with the people and pets who are on their Family & Friends list. These members can be selected when a customer purchases it at checkout, or the customer can choose and update their list after the purchase. You can also view and update your customers' packages in the Packages report.
Allowing packages to be shared by a customer's friends and family grants permission for those members to view, book, and pay for those members' appointments and receive that customer's appointment notifications. Customers with dependents and caregivers can share their credit cards on file (if applicable)and allow Vagaro calendar and appointment notifications to be shared with those members.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. At least one package must have already been created and allowed to be shared with customers' friends and family.
Customers can share their packages only if it was set up to allow sharing, or else members of a customer's Friends and Family list will not be able to use the package's benefits. Customers can then choose specifically which people to share their packages with at checkout or afterward.
Creating and editing packages can only be performed on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro.
