Create a Vagaro Account - for Customers of a Vagaro Business – Vagaro Support

Every time you book with a Vagaro business, you will need a Vagaro account so you can track and manage your appointments. If you don't already have an account the first time you visit a Vagaro business, they will create one for you. Booking an appointment at the Vagaro Marketplace also requires that you log in to your account. Having a Vagaro account lets you schedule services and classes at more than 80,000 businesses near you and abroad in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Book an appointment or sign up for classes 24/7, or cancel and reschedule them as needed.

Read and post your own reviews of businesses you've visited.

Note

If you've previously visited a business that uses Vagaro and they created an employee profile for you, you can sign up using the same email address you provided at that business. This will allow all your appointments to be saved and shown in your account. Alternatively, you can also reach out to the business and request that they send you your login details.

Sign Up for Vagaro With Your Email

Use your email address to sign up for Vagaro:

On the Vagaro App

To create an account:

Open the Vagaro app, then select the Profile button at the bottom of the screen.
Select Sign up now.
Enter your account information.
Enter your account information.
Select Create Account.
Check your email for a message from Vagaro containing a 6-digit code, enter it in the Verify Your Email screen, then select Verify.
Check your text messages for a six-digit code, enter it on the Verify Your Mobile Phone screen, then select Verify.
In the Account Verified screen, select Done.
Optionally, update your customer profile.

On a Computer

To create an account:

Go to https://vagaro.com and select Login at the top-right corner of the screen.
At the bottom of the screen, select Sign up now.
Enter your account information and select options for Appointment Reminders and Promotional Emails.
Select Create Account.
Check your email for a message from Vagaro containing a 6-digit code, enter it in the Verify Your Email screen, then select Verify.
Check your text messages for a six-digit code, enter it on the Verify Your Mobile Phone screen, then select Verify.
In the Account Verified screen, select Done.
Optionally, update your customer profile.

Sign Up with Google, Facebook, or Apple

Instead of using an email address, you can create a Vagaro account by logging into Facebook, Google, or Apple.

On the Vagaro App

To create an account:

Open the Vagaro app, then select the Profile button at the bottom of the screen.
On the login screen, select whether to create a Vagaro account using Facebook, Google, or Apple.
Sign in to your account and follow the prompts to authorize what information will be shared with Vagaro.
Optionally, verify your email address and/or phone number, or select I'll do this later.
Optionally, update your customer profile.

On a Computer

To create an account:
