Purchase Products - for Customers of a Vagaro Business

Purchase products from your favorite salons, spas, and fitness centers through Vagaro. Whether you’re shopping on the app or website, you can search for items, adjust quantities, choose between shipping or in-store pickup, and complete your transaction with ease.

Prerequisites: Requires a Vagaro customer account.

Vagaro App

To purchase products:

  1. Log into your Vagaro account in the Vagaro app.

  2. Go to the business's Vagaro Listing Page.

  3. Select Products.

  4. Select the product you want to purchase.

    Tip

    You can Search app_search-bn.png for or Filter settings.png through their different product offerings in the top-right corner.

  5. Select the Plus + or Minus - buttons to increase the quantity, then select Add to Cart.

  6. Select the Shopping Cart shopping_cart.png button in the top-right corner. In your shopping cart, you can change the quantity, remove items from your cart, or Keep Shopping to add more products.

  7. Select Proceed to Cart.

  8. Select the View Order Summary drop-down menu to view a summary of the order.

  9. Under Shipping Information, you'll have the option to either ship the product to you or schedule an in-store pickup:

    Businesses may not allow for either shipping or in-store pickup. The options you see will depend on how the business is set up.

    • Ship to Address: Ship this product directly to your address.

      1. Under Select Shipping Address, choose the address you want to ship to or select Different Address to add a new one.

      2. Under Select Shipping Method, select Calculate Shipping Cost, then choose the shipping time and price that works for you.

    • In-Store: Schedule a pickup at the business.

      1. Select the box under Date to Pickup.

      2. Choose the date and time you want to pick up this product, then select Done. If you have no preference, select Anytime.

  10. Select a payment method for your item, such as points, credit card, gift card, and so on, and enter any Promo Codes if applicable.

  11. Agree to the business's refund policy, then select Buy Now. The package is added to your customer profile after purchase.

Web Version

To purchase products:

  1. Log into your Vagaro account on Vagaro.com.

  2. Go to the business's Vagaro Listing Page.

  3. Select the Products tab.

  4. Select the product you want to purchase.

    Tip

    You can Search app_search-bn.png for specific products you want or open the menus on the left side of the screen to filter through the different products offered at the business.

  5. Select the Plus + or Minus - buttons to increase the quantity, then select Add to Cart.

  6. Select the Shopping Cart shopping_cart.png button in the top-right corner. In your shopping cart, you can change the quantity, remove items from your cart, or Keep Shopping to add more products.

  7. Select Proceed to Cart.

  8. Under Shipping Information, you'll have the option to either ship the product to you or schedule an in-store pickup:
