For security purposes, only you, the customer, can update your customer profile by logging into the Vagaro app or Vagaro.com. Specifically, only you can change your First Name, Last Name, phone numbers (Mobile Phone, Day Phone, Night Phone), and Email address. Vagaro businesses can't update your profile if you had an appointment with another Vagaro business or purchased something from them.
A business may also send you a form in an email or text message for you to update your information, which will automatically update your profile information in their system.
To update your customer profile at any time:

Go to your Profile screen.

In the Vagaro app: Select the Profile Icon at the bottom of the screen.

At Vagaro.com: In the top-right corner of the screen, select your profile picture, then select My Profile.

Optionally, add or update your Profile Photo by selecting Choose a file then selecting a photo from your Camera or Files. If you already have a profile picture, you can delete it and upload a new one.

Update the rest of your profile information as needed.

At the bottom of the screen, select Save Changes.
