To update your profile, including your Personal Information, Login Credentials, and Appointment Notification preferences, follow the steps below using the Vagaro App and on Vagaro.com.

Tap the Profile Icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tap My Profile.

To add or change your profile photo:

Tap the Profile Image to upload a photo.
If you already have a profile picture, delete it and upload a new one.

Tap to upload a photo from your Camera or Files.
-

Click your profile picture or initials icon on the top right of the screen.
-
Click My Profile.
-
To add or change your profile photo:

Click Choose a File to upload a photo.
If you already have a profile picture, delete it and upload a new one.

Find the image file on your computer and select it.

You can manage your profile from both the Vagaro app and Vagaro.com.

On your Profile page, you can change the following:

Profile Photo (see above for app/web instructions)

Name
-
Email address
-
Username
-
Address
-
Mobile Phone
UK Customers: You must also select your Mobile Provider from a list.

Night Phone
-
Day Phone
-
Gender (Optional, choices are: Male, Female, Non-Binary)

Birth Date

The Account Management section gives you two options: Change Password and Delete Account.

To change your password:

Click/tap Change Password.

Enter your current password.
-
Enter a new password, then enter it again to confirm.

Click/tap Save Changes to save your new password.

If you're done making changes to your profile, click/tap Save Changes.
Family & Friends
Click/tap Family & Friends to manage your sharing options, add and remove members and change how you share your account with them.
Notification Settings
Go to the Notification Settings page to configure what notifications you want to receive.

For Appointment Reminders, you can receive Email, Text, Push Notifications (sent to your device when you're in the Vagaro application), or None.

In the Subscribe to Marketing Campaigns section, you'll have a list of businesses you've used, with options for each to send you marketing emails or text messages. You can select None to opt out of messages from that business.

Choose to receive promotional emails from Vagaro, or set it to Off.

When you've made your selections, click/tap Save Changes.
Bookmarks
View the businesses you have bookmarked for future visits. There is a link for each bookmark to remove it from your list.
Reviews
View, edit, or delete reviews you have posted.
Purchases
See all of your Vagaro purchases: appointments, products, packages, and memberships.
Payments

Use Payment Methods to manage any credit cards you have on file, including which businesses a card is used with.

See how many Points you have banked and the history of points added and used.

View open Gift Certificates. Open the detail for each to see a scalable barcode (to use the certificate at a Vagaro business), print a copy, and see the history of the certificate's use.

Invoices show outstanding and paid invoices on two tabs, and you can pay outstanding invoices from these pages.
More (Vagaro App only)

Social gives you links to Vagaro's presence on popular social media sites.

Add Your Business links you to the Vagaro Sales page, where you can sign up to use Vagaro for your business.
-
Support links you to email and telephone support and a Rate Vagaro link to the app store you use.
Log Out is last entry on the profile list on both the Vagaro app and Vagaro.com
