Chat with Vera

Vera is Vagaro's AI assistant. Use Vera to get instant answers to your Vagaro questions while you're working — without leaving the screen you're on. You can chat with Vera from your Vagaro business account or the Vagaro Help Center.

If Vera can't answer your question, enter Chat with Human in the chat to be connected with a support agent.

Chat with Vera in Vagaro

You can access Vera directly from your Vagaro account to get help while you work.

On the Vagaro Pro App

To start a chat with Vera:

  1. Log in to the Vagaro Pro app.

  2. In the bottom-right corner, select Search Magnifying Glass (Search button).

  3. Enter your question in the search field and ask Vera about it.

Vera will respond to your question on a separate page. Chat away with Vera!

On a Computer

To start a chat with Vera:

  1. Log in to your Vagaro business.

  2. In the bottom-right corner, select the Vera Vera_Still_01__1_.png chat button to open Vera.

    Tip

    You can also use the search bar at the top of the screen to ask a question to Vera.

Chat with Vera on the Vagaro Help Center

To chat with Vera on the help center:

  1. Go to support.vagaro.com.

  2. In the bottom-right corner, select the Chat chat_icon button.
