If Vagaro is experiencing an incident, the status page will include updates as they become available. You can also subscribe to status updates to stay informed.
If the status page shows "All Systems Operational," the issue may be related to your device, internet connection, or browser.
To troubleshoot:

Check that your Wi-Fi router is online and you're connected to the internet.

Uninstall and reinstall the Vagaro Pro app, or if you're on a computer, clear your cache and cookies.
