The Connect chat widget adds a chat button to your MySite, so visitors can reach you while they browse your site. With Vera receptionist, a potential customer can also ask about a service, a price, or your availability right from the page they're on.
You control how the widget looks and where it appears, so it matches your brand and shows up only where it's useful.
Prerequisites: This feature requires MySite. You may be unable to respond to some messages if you don't have a Text Messaging Plan.
Customize the chat widget so it looks like part of your site instead of an add-on. You can change the button text and icon, match the widget to your site's button styles and colors, and choose which pages show it. For example, you might show the widget only on your services and pricing pages, where visitors are most likely to have questions before they book.
