If your PayPro Go card reader won't connect to your phone, follow these steps to get it paired and working again.
Note
PayPro Go can be connected to only one device at a time.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing. PayPro Go is not compatible with PayPro Mini or Chromebook devices.
Make sure PayPro Go turns on.
-
If it won't power on, charge it with the included USB-C cable, then try again. If it still won't turn on, contact Vagaro Support.
-
If it powers on, continue to the next step.
Because PayPro Go can connect to only one device at a time, disconnect it from any device it was paired with before.
-
If PayPro Go was paired with another device, then on PayPro Go, swipe up with two fingers from the main Vagaro screen, select Connect with Device, and disconnect it from the other device.
-
If PayPro Go hasn't been paired before, continue to the next step.
