Check Your Vagaro Capital Balance and Payments

The Vagaro Capital Report lets you track your cash advance balance and payment history. You can see how much you have paid, what remains, and review individual payments by date.

Tip

To understand how each payment is calculated, see the Deposit report.

At the top of the report, you can view information about your cash advance through Vagaro Capital.

  • Total to Pay: The amount to be paid, including the cash advance amount and the fixed fee.

  • Percentage of Sales: The percentage taken out of daily sales.

  • Paid So Far: The amount you've paid towards your balance.

  • Remaining Balance: The amount left to pay.

Prerequisites: Apply for Vagaro Capital.

On a Phone

The report opens to a summary of your cash advance, including your total paid and remaining balance.

Under Payment History, each payment appears as a card showing the date, amount paid, and remaining balance.

To run the report:

  1. Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Reports → Vagaro Capital.

  2. At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The report updates automatically each time you change the date range.

  3. Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters filters_icon_2x.png, set any of the following filters, and then select Run Report.

  4. Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Action Three vertically stacked circles, representing a menu or more options icon., then:

    • Select Star or Remove Star to bookmark or unbookmark.

    • Select Print to get a hard copy of the report.

    • Select Export PDF or Export Excel to download this report.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

The report opens to a summary of your cash advance, including your total paid and remaining balance.

Under Payment History, each payment appears as a row in a table showing the date, amount paid, and remaining balance.

To run the report:

  1. Select Reports Decorative solid black rectangle, which is usually an icon for reports or charts. → Vagaro Capital.

  2. Set the date range for your report:

    1. In the top-right corner, select Transaction Date calendar-regular-full.png to open the date picker.

    2. Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

    3. If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

  3. Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters filter-solid-full.png, choose another Merchant Account, and then select Run Report.

  4. Optionally, sort, print, or export the report:

    • Select a column header to sort the report.

    • Select Print print-solid-full.png to get a hard copy of the report.

    • Select Export download2.png to save the report to an Excel or PDF file (computer version only).
