Keeping track of your Vagaro Capital cash advance is simple with the Vagaro Capital Report. This report shows your payment history, remaining balance, and how much you’ve already paid, giving you a clear picture of your progress.
Tip
To see how your payments are calculated, check out your daily sales in the Deposit report.
Prerequisites: Apply for Vagaro Capital.
By default, the report will show this year's payments and your cash advance balance.
To run the report:

Select More
→ → .

Set your Date Range of payments you want to view.

Optionally, to change the merchant account you want to review, select Filters
and choose another Merchant.
Note
You can also sort your report to show the information you want first.

Optionally, to export or print your report, select Action
, then choose an option:

Star: Bookmark this report.

Print: Print a physical copy of this report.

Export PDF: Export this report as a PDF file.

Export Excel: Export this report as an Excel sheet.

To run the report:

Select Reports
→ .

Set your Date Range of payments you want to view.

In the Merchant list, choose the merchant account you want to review if your business has multiple merchant accounts.

Select Run Report.

Optionally, export or print your report:

To export your report, select the Export menu, then choose to export as a PDF or Excel file.

To print your report, select Print.

After running the report, information about your cash advance will be shown, including how much you've paid, your remaining balance, and each payment you've made.
At the top of the report, you can view information about your cash advance through Vagaro Capital.

Total to Pay: The amount to be paid, including the cash advance amount and the fixed fee.

Percentage of Sales: The percentage taken out of daily sales.

Paid So Far: The amount you've paid towards your balance.

Remaining Balance: The amount left to pay.
Under Payment History, you can see the days you've made payments to your balance displayed as cards. Each card shows the payment date, the amount paid, and your remaining balance, making it easy to track your progress.
At the top of the report, you can view information about your cash advance through Vagaro Capital.
