Meta descriptions provide a brief summary of a web page's content. It typically appears underneath the page title in search results pages and is intended to give users a preview of the page's content, making them a vital component of effective SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Note
Any changes to your website's home page settings will also apply to your website's base URL.
Prerequisites: This feature requires MySite. To set up your first website, see Getting Started with Vagaro MySite.
To add a meta description:

Select MySite
.

In the left design panel, select the Pages
tab.

Hover over the page, then select the Gear
button.

Scroll down to Meta Descriptions and enter the description in the textbox.

Select Save.

Preview and publish the changes to your MySite:

To preview your MySite, go to Publish, then select Preview.

To publish your website, go to Publish, then select Publish.
