The Check-in Log displays how many and which customers checked in using the Vagaro Check-in app, when they checked in, and at which kiosk if you have more than one. This report can also be run in the Check-In app itself.
Generating this report will show the following information about your customers who checked in at one of your kiosks:

Chart View: The Total number of kiosk check-ins broken down by month, day, week, or year.

Grid View shows a list of the customers who checked in, when they did, and where.

Name: The name of the customer.

Email: The customer's email address.
-
Date: The date when the customer checked in.
-
Time: The time when the customer checked in.

Kiosk: The name of the kiosk that the customer checked into.

Business Name: The business that the kiosk belongs to.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses using the Vagaro Check-in app.
Running this report on a phone shows how many customers checked in during a selected date range and who they were:

In Chart View, a bar chart shows how many customers checked in during a selected date range.

In Grid View, the customers are counted in the bar graph, and their information is listed in a table for the selected date range.
To run the Check-in Log report:

At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The report updates automatically each time you change the date range.

Kiosk: Select the kiosks to include the report, or select All Kiosks.

Include Deleted Kiosks: Whether to include employees who no longer work at your business.

Select Grid View or Chart View to switch between the two report views.

To run the Check-In Log report:

Go to the Check-In Log report screen.

On a Computer, Tablet Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select → .

In the Check-In App: Select the Settings
icon, log in, and then select Check-In Log Report.

Set the date range for your report:

In the top-right corner, select Date Range
to open the date picker.

Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

Kiosk: Select the kiosks to include the report, or select All Kiosks.

Include Deleted Kiosks: Whether to include employees who no longer work at your business.
