The Check-in Log displays how many and which customers checked in using the Vagaro Check-in app, when they checked in, and at which kiosk if you have more than one. This report can also be run in the Check-In app itself.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses using the Vagaro Check-in app.
Running this report on a phone shows how many customers checked in during a selected date range and who they were:

In Chart View, a bar chart shows how many customers checked in during a selected date range.

In Grid View, the customers are counted in the bar graph, and their information is listed in a table for the selected date range.
To run the Check-in Log report:

Go to

At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The data is automatically updated each time you select a different date range.

Optionally, select the Filter button to set your report's filters, then select Run Report.

Kiosk: Select the kiosks to include the report, or select All Kiosks.

Customer: Select the customers to include in the report, or select All Customers.

Include Deleted Kiosks: Whether to include employees who no longer work at your business.

Sort By: Select how the report will be sorted.

Optionally, at any time after running the report, select the Action menu to perform the following additional tasks:

Star or Remove Star: Add or remove a bookmark to this report in the Starred at the top of the → menu.

Hide Legend or View Legend: Close or display the report's legend.

Grid View or Chart View: Switch between showing the report as pie charts or in tables.
-
Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.

Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

Running this report on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, PayPro, or in the Check-In app shows how many customers checked in during a selected date range, who they were, and where they checked in:

To run the Check-In Log report:

Go to the Check-In Log report screen.

On the Web, Tablet Pay Desk, or PayPro: Go to → → .

In the Check-In App: Select the Settings icon, log in, and then select Check-In Log Report.

At the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Check-In Log From-To: Select the start and end dates of the report, then select Submit.

Kiosk: Select the kiosks to include the report, or select All Kiosks.

Customer: Select the customers to include in the report, or select All Customers.
-
Advanced Filters: Optionally, select any additional filters to further refine the report.

Include Deleted Kiosks: Whether to include employees who no longer work at your business.

Switch between Grid View and Chart View to show the number of check-ins in a bar chart or as a table.

Optionally, if you're viewing the report in Grid View, sort the list of customers by selecting the column headers at the top of the report.

At the bottom of the screen, you can select:

Print: Get a hard copy of the report.

Export: Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).

Generating this report will show the following information about your customers who checked in using in at one of your kiosks:

Chart View
-
Total number of kiosk check-ins for the date range.
-
Total number of kiosk check-ins broken down by month, day, week, or year.

Grid View shows a list of the customers who checked in, when they did, and where.
-
Name: The name of the customer.
-
Email: The customer's email address.
-
Date: The date when the customer checked in.
-
Time: The time when the customer checked in.
-
Kiosk: The name of the kiosk that the customer checked into.
-
Business Name: The business that the kiosk belongs to.
