To change a customer's membership on the Checkout screen, follow the steps below.

Click Checkout.

Select a customer that has an existing membership.

Click Membership at the bottom of the screen.

Click Update Membership.

Click Change to change the membership.

Select a new membership from the Membership drop-down list.

Click Next.

If asked, enter the credit card details and click Save or use a card on file and click Apply.

Click Checkout after entering payment information.
