To change a customer's membership on the Checkout screen, follow the steps below.
- Click Checkout.
- Select a customer that has an existing membership.
- Click Membership at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Update Membership.
- Click Change to change the membership.
- Select a new membership from the membership drop-down list.
- Click Next.
- If asked, enter the credit card details and click Save, or use a card on file and click Apply.
- Click Checkout after entering payment information.
