After March 14, 2022, new businesses signing up with Vagaro will not have access to Zoom integration. Vagaro Live Stream is available to all businesses.
Legacy users of Zoom who have not yet converted to Vagaro Live Stream will still have access, but if Zoom is deactivated, you will not be able to activate it again.
Save money by switching from Zoom to Vagaro Live Stream for your one-on-one sessions and classes with multiple attendees. With Vagaro Live Stream, you can share your screen during live appointments and offer clients the convenience of booking remote services through the Vagaro App, Vagaro.com, or your social media—creating new revenue opportunities. If you or your clients change the date, time, or cancel a session, the meeting is automatically updated in Vagaro, and all participants will be notified. You can even start live streams directly from your calendar.
During the transition, Vagaro will automatically match the number of Zoom licenses you have and create the same number of Vagaro licenses, which you can adjust after the process is complete. All of your scheduled Zoom appointments will be imported into your Vagaro calendar, and your links will be automatically updated, so there's no need to send new links or inform your customers. Going forward, clients will need a Vagaro account to join your live streams.
Important
Deactivating the Zoom integration does not cancel your Zoom account. You will continue to be billed by Zoom until you cancel your account separately. However, the VLS conversion requires access to your Zoom account details, so wait until the switch to Vagaro Live Stream has finished before deleting your Zoom account.
Prerequisites: This feature is available to all businesses. You will also need to activate Vagaro Drive if you want to save recordings of your live streams.
To switch from the Zoom integration to Vagaro Live Streaming:

Select Activate - Starting at $10/mo.

In the popup, confirm that you consent to deactivating the Zoom integration and activating Vagaro Live Stream.

When the VLS conversion process is complete, select the number of Vagaro Live Stream licenses to purchase. Only one license is needed if your employees stream one session at a time; however, you'll need an additional license for each session you plan to live stream at the same time.

Optionally, if Vagaro Drive isn't activated for your account and you want to record and save your Live Stream sessions, select a storage plan, then activate Vagaro Drive.
The storage plans listed give you an idea of how many hour-long sessions you can save with each plan.
