If you need to make changes to your form and SOAP note templates, you can do so on the Forms screen. Updating a template will not affect previous customer form responses.
Prerequisites: The steps below require the Forms feature, which is currently unavailable on the phone version of Vagaro.
To edit a form:

Go to the Forms page.

Web Version: Select Forms at the top of the screen.

On a Tablet or Pay Desk: Select Forms at the bottom of the screen.

Find the template you want to view:

Use the Search bar to look up the template.

In the All Status dropdown, filter for Draft or Published templates.

In the All Types dropdown, filter by Form or SOAP templates.

At the end of the row of the form to be updated, select the Action button, then select Edit.

Make changes to your template as needed, then save it.
