From the Calendar, you can switch between a Day, Week, Month, or Agenda view. The different views allow you to get a narrow or broad look at your upcoming and past appointments for the day, week, or month, and the Agenda view allows you to see appointments for multiple service providers and resource schedules in one convenient list.
The number of calendars you can view while in the different calendar views depends on the device:

When viewing your calendar on the Week or Month view, you can see only up to one (phone and tablet) or three (computer) calendars at a time.

When viewing your calendar on the Day or Agenda view, you can only see up to seven (phone), 15 (tablet), or 25 (computer) calendars at a time.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To change the calendar view:

Go to the Calendar.

Select a calendar view: Day, Week, Month, or Agenda.

On the Phone: Open the View (your current view) list in the top-right corner, then select another calendar view.

On the Tablet or Pay Desk: In the top-right corner of the calendar, select another calendar view.

On the Web: In the top-left corner of the calendar, select another calendar view.

Optionally, you can set the default calendar view from Calendar Configuration.

Is it possible to NOT share a specific resource(s) with my employees? I'm a massage therapist and have yoga teachers that will soon be using Vagaro for class bookings. I cannot figure out how to make my massage schedule and client info NOT be an option for them to view. Share Calendar is toggled off for myself and for a teacher account and in the access levels, I don't see where I'm sharing this with them. Thanks for any help.
Hi Cariann... I'm not seeing what you're describing when I test this scenario. When an employee logs into their Vagaro account, they ONLY see their own calendar. When they add the "classes" calendar, they still see only classes that they deliver. They can see all "resources" (rooms, chairs, etc.), but they would have to see those to be able to book classes. The "Share Calendar" switch on individual accounts doesn't appear to affect this, and the Access Levels affect whether they can make changes or additions to THEIR calendar (and/or Other employee calendars.)
With the "Customer Management" access level set off (both View and Modify are deselected), the employee can view all customers, but no contact information is displayed, and they cannot make any changes to customer profiles. They CAN ADD new customers, but then cannot make any changes to that customer, nor see the contact info.
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but have you tried logging in with your test teacher account to see what they can see and do?
Would love to have the option to adding people to certain rooms each day as opposed to a resource. I have some estheticians in a room that’s only waxing some days, other days they’re in a room that’s got equipment for facials. Some do lash extensions, others aren’t trained. As it is, I have to create multiple profiles for each employee for the different days of the week/room they’re working in. If I could assign them to a room where only certain services are capable of being booked, it would save me a huge headache.
