On rare occasions you may need to perform a factory reset. This may be a necessary step if you are experiencing glitches or performance issues.
Note: This will delete all data and settings on your Pay Desk. However, this reset will not affect the information within your Vagaro account.
Follow these steps to perform a Factory Reset your Pay Desk:
1. On the home page of the Pay Desk tap on Settings.
2. Select Backup & reset from the menu on the left.
3. Tap on Factory data reset.
4. On this page select Reset Device to initiate the restart.
