On rare occasions, you may need to perform a factory reset. This may be a necessary step if you are experiencing glitches or performance issues.
This will delete all data and settings on your Pay Desk. However, this reset will not affect the information within your Vagaro account.
Follow these steps to perform a Factory Reset on your Pay Desk:
On the home page tap Settings.
Tap the System tab and tap Reset Options.
Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
Tap Reset Device.
To confirm, tap Erase Everything.
