A new bundle of COVID-Ready features has been released that will keep you and your clients safe and healthy. Included in this bundle are the COVID-Ready Badge, COVID-Clean Check-In, Send Forms to Customers, and COVID-Clean Checkout. These features will ensure that the safety of your clients and staff is your top priority and will reduce physical touchpoints in your business to guarantee your status as a COVID-Clean business. A COVID-Clean business demonstrates high sanitation measures, uses contactless features, and utilizes face covers.

COVID-Ready Badge: This badge gives extra confidence to customers when booking with businesses on Vagaro as it conveys that the business is following the proper guidelines to offer a clean and safe environment for their employees and customers. The badge is earned through 5 or more positive Vagaro Verified COVID-19 Ready consumer ratings and is displayed on the Vagaro.com search pages and on the businesses’ booking page. We also added new COVID-Ready email marketing templates so you can share the good news with your clients if you are awarded the badge. COVID-19 Highlights: This feature allows you to notify your clients of any safety measures or processes you have implemented to protect them and your staff. You can mention that clients and service providers will be required to wear face masks or mention that clients will be asked to wait in their vehicles before their appointment time. COVID-Clean Check-In: Now when a client arrives at your business, they can safely wait in their vehicle and notify you of their arrival using the Vagaro Mobile App. You will be able to let them know when you are ready to begin their service by marking their appointment status as Ready to Start Service, then an automated message will be sent directly to their mobile device letting them know it is safe to enter the business. Send Forms to Clients: If your client shows up to your business without completing a form, this feature allows you to send the form directly to their device for them to complete the form while they are waiting for their appointment, saving you time and reducing contact. COVID-Clean Checkout: Reduce contact at your cash wrap with our new way to check out. You can send your client an email or text message that allows them to complete the checkout on their own device.
