Follow the steps below to learn how to require a signature for credit card purchases.

Tap Checkout.

Tap the Settings icon (gear symbol) to modify checkout settings.

Toggle Require Digital Signature on.
If you require signatures, you can enter a currency amount in Require a signature for transactions greater than. In the example above, the checkout will require only a signature for transactions over $200.

Click Checkout.

Click Settings (gear icon).

Scroll down to Require Digital Signature and toggle it on.

If you require signatures, you can enter a currency amount in Require a signature for transactions greater than.
The checkout will only ask for a signature if the purchase amount matches or is greater than the amount entered.

When I follow the instructions for the mobile app the toggle isn’t there when I go to checkout

You may need to update the mobile app in order to see this feature, as we recently launched a new version that includes this feature.
