We all know the toll COVID-19 has taken on our customers. As a business owner, I understand first-hand how difficult it’s been to navigate this crisis.
At the start of the pandemic, many of you were struggling financially, so we took some of the stress off your plate by giving away our online store, email and text marketing for free and by offering a $25 subscription discount. We also added many new features to help you survive the crisis: live streaming, curbside pickup, flat rate shipping, and an updated gift certificate feature that enables you to route funds directly to individual employees.
We’ve been amazed by your resilience and creativity deploying all these tools, particularly the live stream feature, which has blossomed into a separate virtual business for many of you. More features will be released that will make it easier for you to navigate the post-COVID world.
For now, we’re thrilled to see that businesses like yours are finally reopening doors and welcoming clients who are eager to receive your services. It’s time for Vagaro to get back to business, too. Our data shows that average service sales for specific states and countries have reached or even exceeded 100% of their pre-COVID volume. Therefore, effective on the dates below, we’ll be reinstating regular pricing for all subscriptions and add-ons for the following states and countries:

Texas is not one of the states that we are charging as of this time. We are only charging customers in states that are able to perform business, as listed above.

I keep clicking on the deactivation and or the link and the system and it will not let me cancel any of the subscriptions.

Is there a list for Canadian provinces? We in Ontario are still closed :(

As of this time we are not charging Canadian businesses at the full price. This list only reflects which regions are no longer receiving the discounts that Vagaro has been offering throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. So since Ontario is still closed, you will continue to receive discounts to your subscription prices.
I am in california currently falling under esthetics, is there a time frame for something like that?

We are only charging the full price to customers in the states listed above at this time. California is not listed, so you will not be charged the full price until a later date.

Huh, you still haven’t mentioned Canada in your updates. I suppose I won’t have to pay until you officially set dates for Canada on your app. Shame on you Vagaro. This is my second post, and you obviously have the authority to post or not to post, because my last post never made it into the comments section. I’m thinking it’s time to look into other online booking systems. 🤔👎🏻

Canada is still not being charged the full subscription price as of this time. We are only listing states and countries on this post who are going to be charged the full price, and when the price change takes affect. As of this time, we do not have a plan in place to charge Canadian businesses, but you will receive an email and see an update to this post once that happens.
If you are interested in paying the full subscription fees sooner, please contact our Support Team at sales.vagaro.com/contact so they can assist you further.
Thank you to the team at Vagaro for supporting us. California has not yet released businesses like mine and therefore we are still closed with no date scheduled for reopening. I am assuming since California is not listed, you are still billing us the lower amount.

From Canada. I love Vagaro. I feel you have been very prompt and transparent in your willingness to help Canadian business. Anyone complaining is not reading the notifications thoroughly. Ive enjoyed the reduction of monthly cost and access to email clients to keep them informed. You guys implemented all theses things so quicky. Am thoroughly impressed. Thankyou. (Love from Toronto)

Hi Blakeley,
Make sure you are logged in to Vagaro before clicking on the links, that should help. If that still doesn't work, log into Vagaro, go to Settings, and then select the option for Feature Subscriptions. You will be able to deactivate all of the features on that page.

Hawaii is in another lock down. Services are pending a new tier system opening. How will that impact subscribers in Hawaii?
