As of May 8, 2025, Vagaro will sunset the Zoom integration for all businesses, and you will no longer be able to join your Zoom meetings through Vagaro. Luckily, Vagaro has built-in Live Stream functionality that works hand in hand with the Vagaro software, which is cheaper for you to use. It’s easier to manage, more cost-effective, and designed specifically for businesses like yours.
The migration to Vagaro Live Stream is seamless, and all your previous Zoom appointments will be transferred to Vagaro Live Stream, so there's nothing you need to change. Your customers can join their appointments as usual and will access your session through Vagaro Live Stream. If you have any questions or need help with the transition, please contact our support team for assistance.
Prerequisites: Setting up live-streamed services and classes requires Credit Card Processing and the Online Shopping Cart. You will also need to activate Vagaro Drive if you want to save recordings of your live streams.
All businesses can activate Vagaro Live Stream for an additional monthly cost. The ability to stream another session at the same time will require another Vagaro Live Stream license.

Canada: $15 CAD/month; additional $10 per concurrent streaming license.

United Kingdom: £10 GBP/month; additional £10 per concurrent streaming license.

Note
Migrating over to Vagaro Live Stream will not automatically remove any paid plans you have with Zoom.

You can activate Vagaro Live Stream by selecting Continue to Vagaro Live Stream in the Switch to Vagaro Live Stream popup, or go to the Live Stream page.
To activate Vagaro Live Stream:

Go to the Vagaro Live Stream feature page:

On a Phone: Go to → → → → .

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Go to → → → .

Select Activate.

Select the number of concurrent streams you want to offer.

Optionally, if you don't have Vagaro Drive, you have the option to select a storage plan.
You don't need to change the services and classes set up with the Zoom integration, but here's a refresher on how to set up new live-streamed services and classes.
Note
Live-streamed services or classes require a 100% deposit when booked online.
To set up a service for live-streaming:

Go to your service menu:

Go to → → → , then select Services.

Select the service to be live-streamed.

Scroll down and toggle Live Stream on.

Select Save.
To set up a class or workshop for live-streaming:

Go to your Calendar.

Select an empty timeslot, then select New Class.

Enter the necessary information, like Class Name, Duration, Instructor In-House Capacity, etc.

Enter the Live Stream Capacity for the maximum number of remote attendees you want for your class.

Select Book.
After scheduling a live stream, customers can either sign up for a class themselves, or you can manually register them. The attendees enrolled for this class will be displayed on the bottom-right of the appointment.
To view registered attendees:

Vagaro Pro App: Select the booking on the calendar, then select the Attendees icon.

Web Version: Hover over the booking on the calendar to see who has registered.
