Important
The Gusto integration is now part of Vagaro Payroll. Legacy users of the Gusto integration will still be able to use it, but if you deactivate it or switch to Vagaro Payroll, you will not be able to activate it again.
Eliminate bookkeeping and payroll hassles with Vagaro’s Gusto integration. You'll save time on money management, time card calculations, and employee pay processing. Access real-time payroll reports, centralize payments, invoices, employee hours, and payroll, and automate key administrative tasks to avoid costly errors. Seamlessly sync hours and earnings, simplify employee onboarding with Gusto’s platform, and take advantage of flexible payroll options. Gusto’s integration automatically calculates tax withholding and allows you to sync any pay structure, streamlining payroll closeouts in both Vagaro and Gusto.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available for businesses in the US, and each employee must also have a Gusto account, including the business owner. Although payroll can be run on any device, payroll configuration can be performed only on the web, tablet, or Pay Desk.

For your payroll information to automatically sync between Vagaro and Gusto, your payroll settings in Vagaro and Gusto must match, including payroll frequency, days of the Week, and payroll closing date. If the information matches, your sync issues should resolve on their own. If your payroll ends on a Saturday or Sunday, you will need to manually sync your payroll because most banks do not process payments over the weekend, so Gusto doesn't offer Saturday or Sunday paydays.
