To track bookings from your Instagram and Facebook pages, follow the steps below.

Click Dashboard.

Go to the Appointment Distribution report. The date range defaults to the past 7 days.
Configure a new date range if you want.

Select service providers to include in the report. The default is All.

If you made changes to the defaults, click Go to run the report.

The report displays the number of bookings coming from each online site, including Facebook and Instagram.

Hover over each entry on the chart to view more details. In the example below, Instagram accounted for 288 of the online bookings and about 1% of all the online bookings at the business.
