Setting a Charge Frequency allows you to choose how often you would like to charge a client for a membership at your business.
You can select from one of the following payment options:
- Weekly
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
- Monthly
- Every 6 weeks
- Every 2 months
- Every 10 weeks
- Quarterly
- Yearly

1. Click Settings at the top of the screen.
2. Select Memberships under Things We Sell on the left sidebar.
3. Select New Membership.
4. Under Charge Frequency, select the option you prefer. You can charge the customer:
- Weekly
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
- Monthly
- Every 6 weeks
- Every 2 months
- Every 10 weeks
- Quarterly
- Yearly
5. Select Auto Renew to bill the customer's credit card on file based on the payment frequency you chose.
In the field under Auto Renew Limit, set the number of times you would like to auto-renew the membership. For example, if you enter "12" the membership will auto-renew 12 times.
Select the box with Carry Balance Forward to enable carrying unused visits over into the next billing cycle.
6. To apply a discount to the membership payments for a selected number of billing cycles, toggle Discount Initial Payments to on (green) and then enter a discount amount or percentage, and a number of billing cycles (or unlimited.)
7. Finish setting up the membership. Then click Save.
8. When selling the membership on the Checkout screen, you'll be able to edit the charge frequency you set.
