Your calendar does not automatically refresh if you or an employee make a change on another device. To ensure that your calendar is always up-to-date, refresh it by reloading the page, switching to another employee's calendar, changing the calendar view, or manually refreshing it.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To manually refresh the Calendar:
-
Go to the Calendar.
-
Optionally, if you're on the Vagaro Pro app, scroll to the top of your calendar.
-
Refresh the calendar:
-
On the Vagaro Pro App: Long-press the screen and then swipe down in one motion. As it refreshes, a circular arrow icon will display.
-
On the Web: In the top-right corner, select the circular arrow icon . As it refreshes, a spinning loading wheel will display in the center of the screen.

This seems counter-intuitive. Most calendar programs are now built with auto-refresh in the coding. Wouldn't it be easier to just code in a 30-45 second refresh? Especially for Operators who are taking a quick glance at their calendar to see who is coming in next?
Hi Bradley,
Currently, the calendar will only refresh when you click/tap the refresh button on the calendar or move between different calendar views.
There is a way you can make this happen! We have a Feature Request system that allows you to voice your concerns/wishes about Vagaro. Please submit a feature request or upvote any other feature requests you like.

Hello, any chance this has been addressed/automated? Or is it still a manual process?
