The Email Billing History and Text Marketing Billing History reports track the number of email marketing emails and text marketing messages you've sent to customers during marketing campaigns and the total amount you're being billed for this feature. By looking at these reports, you can see the number of messages that were sent to customers and how much was spent on marketing. The price of Vagaro's email and text marketing plans varies depending on how many messages you plan to send and how many were sent, so you should check this report regularly so you can adjust your monthly plan accordingly if you often send more or fewer messages than the plan you have.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
Running this report on a phone automatically groups your marketing messages by billing date. There are no other filters that can be applied.
To view your email billing history:

Optionally, select the Filter button to set your report's filters, then select Run Report.

Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the date when they were billed.

Sort By: Select the criteria to sort the report by.

Optionally, at any time after running the report, select the Action menu to perform the following additional tasks:

Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.

Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

To view your email billing history:

Open the report screen.

Web Version: At the top of the screen, select Reports, then in the side menu under the Messaging/Billing heading, select Email Billing History.

Tablet or Pay Desk: At the bottom of the screen, select Reports, then under the Messaging/Billing heading, select Email Billing History.

Optionally, at the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Date Range: Select the start and end dates of the report, then select Submit.

Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the date when they were billed.

Optionally, sort the appointments by selecting the column headers at the top of the report.

At the bottom of the screen, select Export to export the billing statement to an Excel spreadsheet or Print to get a paper copy.

To view your text marketing billing history:

At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The data is automatically updated each time you select a different date range.

To further refine the report, select the Filter button to set your report's filters, and adjust the criteria.

Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the date when they were billed.

Open the report screen.

Optionally, at the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Date Range: Select the start and end dates of the report, then select Submit.

The following information is shown in your Email Marketing History or Text Marketing Billing History report:

Closed Date: The last day of the billing period.
-
Billing Date: The date when you were billed for your rate plan.
-
Paid Date The date when you paid that bill.
-
Usage: The number of marketing messages your business sent during the billing period.

Billed Usage: Extra charges you incurred for that bill, if any.

Charge: The amount you were charged for that bill.

Rate Plan: The text or email marketing plan you're on
-
Price: The price of the Rate Plan you're subscribed to.

Usage Limit: The maximum number of messages you can send during the billing period based on your rate plan.

Over Limit Rate: The amount you would have paid per message if you sent a message over your limit.
