To allow customers to check in after a class session ends, follow the steps below.
1. Click Settings at the top of the screen.
2. Select Check In App on the left sidebar under Add-Ons.
3. Select Allow Customers to Check-In After Class. Click the drop-down under Time After Class to set how long after a session a customer can check-in. Then click Save at the bottom.
What if the Feature is not Working?
- Log out of the account. Then log back in.
- Uninstall the Check-In App on your iPad or tablet. Then install the new version of the app.
- Make sure you have activated the Check-in App (Settings > Check-In App > Activate).
- If you are not able to see the appointment or class on the app, check to see that the services and classes are available for online booking on the Service/Class Menu in your settings. Also, make sure that the service provider is available for online booking in their employee profile.
