Take control of your booking schedule and give yourself more flexibility by setting a limit on advanced bookings in Vagaro!
Thanks to our expanded online scheduling feature, you can limit how far in advance a customer is able to book. If a client tries to schedule an appointment or class outside of the range, they will see a pop-up stating that they have to choose an earlier date.

This feature is great BUT classes and workshops need to be split. It would be even better if this could be a default setting but we could also set this value by class, service, etc.
For a fitness studio who is [thankfully] growing, the waitlists are a bit of a struggle. I limit people to scheduling 14 days in advance so people don't try to book spots way in advance and then forget to cancel. Workshops need to be available to schedule sometimes months in advance.
Yes, I also entered a feature request. :-)
