Take control of your booking schedule and give yourself more flexibility by setting a limit on advanced bookings in Vagaro!
Thanks to our expanded online scheduling feature, you can limit how far in advance a customer is able to book. If a client tries to schedule an appointment or class outside of the range, they will see a pop-up stating that they have to choose an earlier date.
To learn more about this feature, follow the steps below when using the Mobile and Desktop Versions of Vagaro.
*Remember, the limit can range from 1 day to 3 years.
Let's get started!
Mobile Version
1. Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Online Appointment Rules.
4. To limit how far in advance a customer can book a service online, enter the days in the field corresponding to this option.
*Remember, the limit can range from 1 day to 3 years.
5. You can also restrict when a customer is able to book a class online. Enter the days in the field next to this option.
*Remember, the limit can range from 1 day to 3 years.
6. Tap Save when you're finished, and you're good to go!
7. The client will see this message when they try to book a service outside of the limit that you set.
Desktop Version
1. Click Settings at the top of the screen when you log in.
2. Select Online Appointment Rules on the left sidebar under Booking.
3. To limit how far in advance a customer can book a service online, enter the days in the field corresponding to this option.

4. You can also restrict when a customer is able to book a class online. Enter the days in the field next to this option.
