The Move Tool allows you to conveniently move an appointment by pressing it and dragging it to another employee's calendar. To learn more about this feature, follow the steps below.

1. Select Calendar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the three lines at the top-right of the screen.
3. Select the employee who's providing the service. Then select the employee whose calendar you want to move the appointment to. Tap the black Checked button when you're finished.
4. Select the appointment, and drag it to the other employee's calendar.
5. You can notify the customer of the update. Just select Notify Customer to send a notification to the client. Tap Don't Notify Customer if you do not want to alert the customer regarding the change. Select Undo Move if you no longer want to move the appointment.
6. You're all set! We can see that the appointment has been added to the other employee's schedule!
7. You can view any changes to an appointment from the Timeline. The Timeline shows you every detail of the appointment, including any updates to the status. To get started, first select the appointment on the Calendar.
8. Select Edit.
9. Tap the three lines at the top-right of the screen.
10. Select Appointment History. This is the same as the Timeline.
11. From the Timeline or the Appointment History, you can see every detail of the appointment, including the date of the service, its duration, the service that was provided, the employee who provided the service, and the specific changes that were made to the appointment, as well as the employee who modified it.

1. Select Calendar at the top of the screen.
2. Select the employee who's providing the service. Then select the employee whose calendar to which you want to move the appointment. Click the green Checked button when you're ready.
3. Click and then drag the appointment to the calendar of the other employee in one action. In the example below, we're dragging the appointment from Jessica Simmons' schedule to Kevon Thompson's.
4. You're good to go! We can see that the appointment has been added to the other employee's calendar.
5. Once you drag over the service, you can notify the customer of the change to the appointment. Select Notify Customer to send a notification to the client. Click Don't Notify Customer if you do not want to alert the customer regarding the change. Select Undo Move if you no longer want to move the appointment.
6. You can view any changes to an appointment from the Timeline. The Timeline shows you every detail of the appointment, including updates to the status. To get started, first select the appointment on the Calendar. Then select Edit.
7. Select Timeline.
8. From the Timeline, you can see every detail of the appointment, including the date of the service, its duration, the service that was provided, the employee who provided the service, and the specific changes that were made to the appointment, as well as the employee who modified it.
