Adding a photo to an employee's profile is a great way to personalize the Employee Profiles page. Once it's uploaded, it gets added to the employee's profile on the Online Booking Page as well as on the Vagaro account!
To get started, follow the steps below when using the Mobile and Desktop Version of Vagaro.
Let's get started!
Mobile Version
1. Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Find the employee whose picture you want to add. Then tap the Profile button or tap the employee's profile initials above.
4. Select Choose File to add the image.
5. Once the picture is added, tap Save at the bottom, and you're good to go!
6. To Change or Remove the photo from the profile, tap it. Then select the option you prefer. Tap Save when you're ready.
7. You're all set! The photo has been added to the Employee Profiles page on the Vagaro account!
8. The photo also gets added to the Staff section on the Online Booking Page.
Desktop Version
1. Select Settings at the top of the screen.
2. Select Employee Profiles under Employees on the left side of the screen.
3. Find the employee whose picture you want to add. Then click the Profile button. You can also click the employee's profile initials above.
4. Select Choose File to select an image from the device.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the screen once you add the image.
6. You're all set! The photo has been added to the Employee Profiles page on the Vagaro account!
7. The photo also gets added to the Staff section on the Online Booking Page.
8. You can change the photo by hovering over it in the employee's Profile in the Vagaro account. Then select Change Photo. Click Save when you're finished changing the image.
