Classes on the Calendar can be changed without affecting other classes on the Calendar. For example, you can change the time the class starts, the instructor offering the class, and the duration of the class. You can also change an entire set of repeating classes or workshops instead of modifying each session individually. Recurring classes will show a Repeat icon on the Calendar.
Other than editing classes on the Calendar, you can also reschedule them, change their statuses, remove them from the Calendar, and add attendees.
Prerequisites: This feature requires a scheduled class on the Calendar.
To edit a class session or workshop on the Calendar:

Go to the Calendar.

Select the class session on the Calendar, then select Edit.

Optionally, if the class repeats or is a workshop, choose Edit This Occurrence to edit just the one session or Edit Series to edit the entire repeating class or workshop.
Note
Editing the occurrence will separate the class session from the repeating class or workshop. Classes that no longer repeat will show a No Repeat icon on the Calendar.

On the Class Details tab, make changes to the class as needed. The Repeat setting will not be available if you edit a repeating class or workshop.

Optionally, on the Attendees tab, you can register attendees by selecting Add Attendee, or you manage already registered customers.

Optionally, toggle off Notify Attendee if you don't want to let the customer know of the change; otherwise, depending on your customer's notification settings, they'll receive a push, email, and text notification about the change.

Select Save.
To edit a class session or workshop on the Calendar:

Select the class session on the Calendar, then select Edit.

Make changes to the class or workshop as needed. The Repeat setting will be greyed out if you edit a repeating class or workshop.

Optionally, you can register attendees by selecting Add Attendee or manage them for the class or workshop.
Note
You can only add attendees to individual class sessions or workshops. Repeating classes will not have this option.
