The Appointment/Class Lead Time allows you to limit how soon a customer can book an online appointment or class. For example, if you set an hour lead team, this means that the customer will be required to book at least 60 minutes before the service, giving you enough time to respond to an online request. Follow the steps below.

Why can't the appointment lead time be set to less than 1 hour?????????
Hi Lori. I'll send a feature request to our development team regarding this.
Is there a way to increase appointment lead time to 210 minutes? 3 hour appointments with an additional 30 minute clean up make it impossible to set appointments 3.5 hours apart
Hi Meagan... I checked with some folks around here and have some info for you.
I think, first of all, that you've misunderstood the purpose of the "lead time" in the online appointment rules. That setting is for how long BEFORE a selected appointment time you allow a customer to book online. The purpose is to give you enough time to respond or prepare for what could be a last-minute booking. Appointment Lead Time can only be set in whole hours.
I think what you need for the 30-minute "break" between appointments is DURATION. Duration is set for each service or class individually and for each service provider that does that service or teaches that class.
Get to duration settings through the Settings / Service/Class option.
You set it in minutes, so you can easily use 210 minutes.
I hope that helps.
Hi Donna! Thank you for the explanation on lead time.
When posting my original comment, I meant to put "search appointment interval" instead of "appointment lead time".
For me, almost all of my appointments take 3 hours with a 30 minute cleanup in-between clients. My goal is to only have 8:30AM, 12:00PM & 3:30PM appointments available for scheduling without having to put in a personal task to block out time (personal tasks keep clients from being able to book two services at the same time). By changing the search appointment interval to 210 minutes, this would accomplish what I want and allow clients to book more than one service at a time if desired.
Currently, the highest search appointment interval is 180 minutes (shown below), requiring me to put in a personal task. Is there any way to add a 210 minute search appointment interval option?
Thank you!
A change to Search Interval will have to be done by development. I'll talk to the product team and see if that's something they want to do.
