Adding photos and images to the Venue Gallery and Portfolio is a great way to attract new online customers! You can showcase your services and give customers a sense of how the inside and outside of the store look!

Important
The image should be under 5 MB and have a minimum resolution of 1000 x 667 pixels. If you cannot add the images, request that our graphic designers upload the photos. Email support@vagaro.com and put "ATTN Graphic Team" in the subject line so that the email gets to the team faster.
The following sections show how to manage the photos of your business in the Venue Gallery.

Tap Add Business Image.

Select one or more images and tap Next.
Note
If the image is not at least 1000 x 667 pixels, you cannot use it. Resize with a photo editing program outside the Vagaro application.
The image is added to your venue gallery.
To use as your logo, tap the image, tap the action menu (3 horizontal dots), and tap Set as logo.
You cannot edit venue gallery images using the Vagaro Pro app. The Vagaro Image Editor is only available in the Web version of Vagaro. You can, however, delete and replace venue gallery images. Follow the steps to delete an image and then go back and add a new business image.
There are two ways to delete a venue gallery image in the Vagaro Pro app. You must have one photo in the Venue Gallery, so Delete will not be an option if there is only one.

Tap a photo, tap the action menu, and then tap Delete. |
For each service you show on your online booking page, you can create a portfolio of up to three photos highlighting the service.

Tap Add Portfolio Image.

Review the portfolio info and tap Next.

Tap up to three photos from your device to add to the portfolio.

The first image you selected will be set as Featured. To select a different Featured image, tap the star icon by one of them.

Add a title (required) for each photo.

Tap Next.

Give the Portfolio a title, add a description, and select a category.

Tap Service, locate and tap the service for this portfolio, and tap Confirm.

Tap Service Provider and select an employee.

Tap Next.

Select tags from the list provided, at least one from each category shown. Then tap Next.

Preview your new portfolio. If you want to make changes, tap the back arrow. Otherwise, tap Save.
On Vagaro Pro, the Edit option only allows you to delete and upload new images.

Tap a portfolio and tap Edit.

Tap a photo, tap the action menu, and tap Delete.

Tap + to upload a new photo.

When done with image changes, tap Next and continue from step 7 in the Add section above.
All the portfolio information will have been filled in when you created the portfolio.

Tap Save to finish.

Tap Edit on the portfolio screen.
The portfolios each display an X.

Tap the X to delete a portfolio.

Confirm on the pop-up screen.
Alternatively, you can deactivate a portfolio. Deactivating saves the portfolio with images and information but removes it from your online booking pages. The portfolio still appears in your list but with an Inactive banner. To reactivate the portfolio, tap the action menu and then Activate.
