Note
Vagaro does not integrate with other payment processors. Vagaro's EMV reader is available for customers in the United States. For international customers, see Using the WisePad 3 Mobile with Vagaro Pro or Using the WisePOS E with Vagaro.

We use one iMac for the desk at our spa. The card reader is CONSTANTLY going offline, and the standard users have to log out of other users accounts to install the Vagaro Pro package. I have installed this multiple times on each account for our staff, and somehow it wipes itself off and we have to start all over again. Please fix this issue or tell me a troubleshooting method that might work to fix the issue long term. Thank you!
Hi Taylor, I'm going to create a ticket for this issue, and someone from our Hardware team will get in touch with you shortly.
