Follow the steps below to check out a client using the credit card on file.

Vagaro Pro app (next)

Tap Checkout.

Select a Customer and add items to the cart.

Tap the Credit Card field and enter the card purchase amount.

Tap Add, then select the card saved to the customer's profile.

Complete the checkout process.

This would be processed as type in transaction?

There two types of transactions, card present and then manual input. They are different in fees correct? So when you use a card on file, which category will that fall into?
Any "card on file" transaction is treated the same as manual input.
Hello,
So I have multiple clients with credit cards on file. When I do the check out process, there is no problem. However, if I need to charge a cancellation fee on a current client or charge for a gift card over the phone with a credit card on file it gives me an error code stating the card doesn't work or information is incorrect. That's even with the client just using card the day before or on the last visit without difficulty. Why is this happening?
