To check in a customer for a class using the Desktop Version, follow these steps:
- Select Calendar at the top of the screen.
- Select the class on the calendar. Then click Edit.
- Once you locate the customer, click the three lines that correspond to the client. Then select Check-In.
- If the customer has signed up for multiple classes that day, you'll be able to check in the customer for one session or all the sessions. Once you're finished, click Show Enrollments.
- Select the specific sessions for which you want to check in the customer if they signed up for multiple classes that day. Then click OK.
- You'll be able to see that the customer's status has been changed to Checked-In. Click Notify Attendee to notify the client of the updated status. Click Book when you're finished.
