To check out a walk-in customer who prefers not to have a customer profile with the business, follow these steps.

Before checking out a Walk-In Customer, you must create a general customer profile for walk-ins. Click Checkout.

Click Create New to create a Walk-In customer profile.

Enter Walk-In as the First Name. Then enter Customer as the Last Name. Click Save when you're finished.
The Walk-In Customer you just created is now the selected customer on the Checkout page.

Add any services or products to the Cart.

Enter payment information and click Checkout.

You can view the transaction with the Transaction List on the Reports page. You can also track it on the customer's profile ( → ).
