Hi Bridget: Please look at this support article for info on getting the processing fees::

    https://support.vagaro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004947953-Credit-Card-Deposits-Report-Desktop-Version-

    Short form:

    1. Click your profile icon (upper right corner of your screen on the Web Version.
    2. Select Merchant Accounts.
    3. Set the date range for Last Year and click Apply Filters.

That should show you what you're looking for.

How do I view my 1099 if my account is now closed. I used vagaro for half of 2022.

Hi Jenn... 1099s will be mailed to business owners (current or not) either to your business or home address, depending on your type of business (sole proprietor - goes to the home address.) If you do not get one, you can contact Vagaro support to request that one be mailed to you. I hope that helps!

Will this 1099 include all transactions or only ones processed through the credit card reader? For example- will it include cash and check transactions if they were recorded/checked out through the Vagaro calendar?

    Hi Brook,

Thank you for taking the time to comment! The 1099 only displays transactions made through credit cards, but you can always run the Payment Distribution report to learn more about your cash/check transactions.

    Thanks,

    Jamie

Hi Jamie - this is great! So I’m the account holder and get all the retail sales. If I select Account Holder will it include the retail that’s run through my account as well, even though it was rung up by another stylist? Thanks!!

Hi Brook, that depends on how you've set up your business.

Do you have a separate retail account set up for your business? If so, you'll receive two 1099s: one for your business merchant account and the other for the separate retail account.

If you have one merchant account and your stylists are directing the product sales to your business merchant account and not their own, those transactions are included in your 1099.

If none of your stylists have a merchant account, all credit card transactions will go to your business account and included in your 1099.

    Thanks,

    Jamie
