Use the Save For Later feature to save a transaction to complete it at a later date or time. Saving a checkout for later removes all items from the cart without losing the applied services, products, discounts, etc. When the customer is ready to complete their purchase, you can restore their saved cart without needing to re-add their items.
There is no time limit for how long you can save a transaction, and you can save up to 20 transactions. The system will let you know once you've exceeded the maximum limit.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To save a checkout for later:

Go to Checkout or check out an appointment from the Calendar.

Ensure you have a customer selected and that their shopping cart is ready for checkout.

In the bottom-right corner, select the down button, then select Save For Later.
If you've saved any checkouts for later, it will display the next time you go to the Checkout screen. You can view when the transaction was saved, the total price, and the customer attached to the transaction.
To view and manage saved checkouts:

Go to Checkout, but don't select a customer or add any items to the cart.

Optionally, delete a saved checkout by selecting the X button.

Select a saved checkout to complete the transaction.
