Use Promo Codes to take advantage of discounts added to services, classes, products, memberships, and packages. You can use your promo code when you pay upfront on a business's landing page, such as buying a product, gift card, membership, or package and paying a deposit. Otherwise, you'll need to give the promo code to the business in-store.
Prerequisites: Requires a Vagaro customer account.
To use a promo code:

Add a service, class, gift card, membership, package, or product to your cart and Proceed to Checkout.

From the Checkout screen, enter the Promo Code, then select Apply to apply the discount.

Select Order Summary to see more details about the discount.

Add any additional details, acknowledge the cancellation policy, and make your purchase.

Does not address how to apply promo code if booking in house, not online
Hi Dawn... this article is directed at customers/clients of your (a Vagaro) business. As the business owner, you can apply a discount during checkout. The Apply Discount drop-down menu lists all active discounts/promo codes. You can apply one if booking from the checkout screen or when you check out a customer after their appointment (unless they've already used a code when booking for themselves online.)
There is no option to put Promo code while booking services in vagrao.com. Is there any any i can do promo code for my service based business.
Raji... I'm not sure what you mean, but you create discounts and add promo codes to them on the Settings / Things We Sell / Discounts page. When the customer has the promo code, they can use it when checking an affected service, product, etc. from their online cart.
Here's what it looks like from the customer's checkout page:
The customer used the "HOLIDAY50" promo code, which gave 50% off on the selected service (set up when creating the discount). They entered it in the promo code box, clicked Apply, and got the discount applied to the service.
On the business's settings for the discount, add the promo code to the discount here:

this promo code is not there while booking for services, it only show if i add it to online shopping cart.
That is how it is supposed to work. A Promo Code is something that you provide to customers to use when they book online. Other types of discounts (Daily Deals, for example) work differently.
When booking online the option does not come up for the customer to put in a promo code. How can we fix this? We can do it at point of sale, but how do we enable them to use it when they’re prebooking?
