    What does the customer see when I deny a service they booked online?

    Hi Mary... When you deny an appointment request, you can enter a message to the customer, and choose whether to notify them of the denial. Here's what that screen looks like for you:

    Your customer receives an email that contains your message; here's a partial screen of that email:
